Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a born in Holland. She is an American actress and singer. She's known for both her work in the theatre in addition to her character Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sister show Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol (American Female) is a Dutch-based actor and performer best recognized for her character recurring roles in the TV series That's So Raven. The year 2006 saw her covered the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) to be used in the edition Disneymania. In her role on Broadway, in the role of Belle van der Pol recorded many songs that were featured in the musical's score, which included the well-known A Change in Me.
